LAST SUNDAY'S SERVICE
We returned to the halcyon days of Zoom for Mary Madill's service on Compassion, fearing that the mountain might slight into Mohammed, as it were, with expected torrential rain and mayhem. We were reminded that, prior to the pandemic, there were no Zoom services, and since re-opening UUVerdugo has orchestrated hybrid services in-person and online.

MAKING IT HAPPEN MONDAY
Thanks to everyone who donated clothing, household goods, and (most importantly) non-perishable food to Making It Happen. A truck arrived today to cart away ten heavy boxes of your donations. Keep them coming! The next pickup will be Monday, September 18. We will attempt to maintain an orderly pile of donations at the rear of the Sanctuary.
